The details must have taken you some time! Perhaps look at the GNU Image Manipulation Project (or GIMP for short) at http://www.gimp.org/, it's an open-source (therefore free of charge) image editor, with a shedload of features. Think almost as good as photoshop but free. The Purple almost reminds me of when I was in Pontesi (heh)... I've seen several flags put on the forum, but this is one of the best I've seen both in terms of vexillogy and general aesthetics. |
