| This bill asks for the ratification of the <a href="viewtreaty.php?treatyid=1095">Jelbanian and Malivian Royal Alliance</a>. If this treaty is ratified, it becomes binding and will define national law. This treaty recognizes the legitimacy of the Monarchies in Jelbania and Malivia under the Kennedy and Hunter families. Article 1: Jelbania shall support Malivia militarily and diplomatically to preserve the Hunter Monarchy. Malivia shall likewise support Jelbania militarily and diplomatically to preserve the Kennedy Monarchy. Article 2: Jelbania shall defend Malivia's claims in Vascania and in Dovani against all foreign threats. Malivia shall likewise defend Jelbania's claims in Vascania against all foreign threats. Article 3: Jelbania and Malivia shall sign a non-aggression pact, so that neither Monarch may threaten the other with military force while this treaty stands. |
