| Whereas, Power supply is a natural monopoly if one ever existed, as there is but one power grid, and Whereas, When there is a monopoly, or even significant monopoly power, the government is actually more efficient than private enterprise, and Whereas, In time of war control of the power grid is critical, We hereby propose regaining Kanjoran government control over our power grid and power supply. |
