MessageWe agree with the sentiment that the Kazulian people should come first, but we will all benefit from well-financed, well-targetted overseas aid deal packages that make the world a more prosperous and safer place. Where there is real sufferring abroad, and a government or agency has a real chance of making a difference, we are duty-bound to give as much help as we can.
