Message | We believe in putting Tukarali first. That does not mean having no compassion or respect for humanity across the rest of the world. 'First' does not mean 'to the exclusion of all else'. We'd not exactly be providing them with anything like the quality of life that Tukaralians enjoy. |

Message | We would consider supporting this Bill. We believe that the best means of preventing conflict is by removing inequality between individuals and nations. We therefore support assisting our neighbours, as to do so would benefit our economy (through increased trade), as well as making our nation and citizens safer. However, we are increasingly concerned with the tendency of dominant governments to attach conditions to aid. Such conditions, including de-regulation of economies, favourable treatment of the donor nation in the International politcal arena, and high rates of interest, have a worsening effect on international relations. We are expressly concerned with the support for dictators in return for their support of the donor government Internationally. If the Catholic Party can assure us that donations would be monitored by an independent body, and free from political machinations, then we will be prepared to support this Bill. |

Message | The current bill is generous enough. Giving very high levels of aid will hurt our economy, as well as the social programs of our citizens. |

Message | We encourage the CP to model the specifics of this bill on the Charitable Aid Fund introduced by the SDP. Perhaps that will ease the fears of the smaller parties. |

Message | The Tribal Council has rejected this bill. |

When all is orderly, he does not forget that disorder may come. Thus his person is not endangered, and his States and all their clans are preserved." - Confucius |
