Bill: Legalization of Adult Entertainment Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Party of the Terravore
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 2611
Description[?]:
The rampant increase in illegal prostitution and other gray-area-or-illegal entertainment activity has been a dire call for our nation to consider a review in what considered 'ethical'. As the business has been traditionally illegal, most prostitutes has been either underaged, junkies or undereducated for they provide cheap sexual labour. By legalize the business, we can open the door of education and regulation (and tax, as a bonus) to it, therefore ensuring a safer, freer, better life style to many citizens. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change The right for a person to prostitute himself or herself.
Old value:: Prostitution is illegal.
Current: Prostitution is legal and a recognized profession.
Proposed: Prostitution is legal and a recognized profession.

Random fact: It is the collective responsibility of the players in a nation to ensure all currently binding RP laws are clearly outlined in an OOC reference bill in the "Bills under debate" section of the nation page. Confusion should not be created by displaying only some of the current RP laws or displaying RP laws which are no longer current. |
