Message | We don't like private homes to be included in this proposal. We feel that private homes are private and what they watch on TV is their business, not ours. |
Date | 13:40:47, July 26, 2008 CET | From | Democrats | To | Debating the Film Content Bill |
Message | That is true, it is something that can only be enforced at the point of purchase, as with alcohol and tobacco. However children shouldn't be free to purchase an adult movie, even if they are planning on watching it at home. |

Message | We do agree with the CP on that. Children should not be allowed to purchase movies with adult content. If we are no mistaken, we already prohibit that (on a general basis). |
Date | 12:22:39, July 27, 2008 CET | From | Democrats | To | Debating the Film Content Bill |
Message | That is true. Currently children cannot view pornography, but they are free to purchase movies which may contain pornography, this law merely proposed to change that oddity. |
