Message | Absolutely not! The CPR can see and understand the desire for publically funded compulsory schools - but pre schools are not compulsory and offer limited educational purposes other than societal opportunities for small children. We recommend pre schools but they are not necessary. The CPR cannot support this at all. |

Message | But pre-schools are a necessity for working mothers, and as such should be easily and freely available to all so that they can leave their children in a safe environment and continue to work, which in turn benefits the Rutanian economy. |

Message | We differentiate between childcare and preschool. We believe this will hurt various industries and would offer only subsidies rather than nationalising private industries, which are becoming an inherent evil in modern Rutania. |
