Description[?]:

this act would defend against the two different types of corruption that could take place. these are:

Military Corruption (this could be basic information e.g where the military is going to attack or more dangerously a coup)

Governmental Corruption (the government abolishing basic rights, declaring martial
law without good reason or for a prolonged period of time)

Article I: Military Corruption
a member of the military of any rank may be tried for this using a military court (veterans of the military and government officials precede over the court)
if a defendant is found guilty of a severe crime (coup or something worse) a suitable replacement would be voted in by the military.

Article II: Governmental Corruption
a member of any position may be tried for this. due to it being the possible future of this region specially selected members would be chosen to precede over the case.
as with above if found guilty of a severe crime a replacement would be voted in by the people of this region (diplomats/ambassadors excluded)
