| BE IT ENACTED by the Senate of Republica Baltusia, let it be resolved that: 1) Traffic light color-coding be inversed so that the color red means go and the color green means stop, but the colors stay in their positions of: green, yellow, and red, in that order from bottom to top. 2) Side margin paint will be blacked over. 3) All north and east bound traffic will be within the intermost lanes and all south and west bound traffic will be in the outermost lanes. There will always be as many north and east bound lanes as there are south and west bound lanes. In the event that a road changes direction by more than 50 degrees, all lanes on such roads shall be eliminated and the lines blacked over for two hundred meters, and then re-established. 4) All U-turns shall be legalized. 5) Jaywalking shall be punished by a minimum of a 100 BLD fine. 6) All crosswalks shall be eliminated and blacked out. 7) All road signs shall be replaced with billboards, with the advertising income to go to the national government of the Republica Baltusia.
