Description[?]:
The purpose of this bill is to safely integrate good business principles with a less restrictive environmental policy. I. This parliament finds that there is no reason to restrict good economic growth II. This parliament finds that the current environmental restrictions and guidelines have become to restrictive for business to work correctly, therefore, there has been limited growth that endangers the economy with collapse III. This parliament finds that it should not be the government that is responsible for the end of free enterprise, but between saving fish and capping factories, we have come at a tremendous chasm that the nation titters back and forth upon, between stability and collapse, where to many outside forces will have too much control CONCLUSION this government must restrict pollution levels, but it can not destroy economic growth in the name of that goal, nor slow it down to a near stand still, policy has become to rigid and the economy too fragile, therefore, restrictions must be peeled back for a better and safer economy. |
