The Defense Budget has been increased in order to pay the defense contract quicker. The 4 billion LOD increase will be used to pay on top of the 7-10 billion LOD we already pay each year. About 100 billion LOD is still needed to be paid.

The Science and Technology budget increase will be used to provide more funds to our space agency.
