»Now we're talking.« ~Natasha Goldstein (Goldstein Corporation) BE IT ENACTED by the Senate of Republica Baltusia, let it be resolved that: 1) Slavery and the slave trade now be legalized. 2) The issue of slavery be placed into the domain of the Ministry of Trade and Industry. 3) No domestic citizens may be enslaved. 4) Private industries and the government alike may abduct foreigners at will and enslave them. 5) There shall be a Kalistanian Enslavement Program (KEP), in which the national government shall sponsor the abduction and enslavement of foreigners in Kalistan. Ananto, being a remote and isolated island, shall be the official prime target of slave traders. The Republica Baltusia shall instate a letter of Marque and Reprisal granting rights for privateers to pirate and enslave the people of Kalistan. 6) One slave shall be granted free of charge to every Baltusian household as a gift by the year 2620. 7) The Ministry of Science and Technology shall begin research and development on a technology to control the minds of slaves, so that they are not only obedient, but that foreign slaves may compose our military. THIS SHALL TAKE EFFECT immediately after its passing. |
