MessageBecause this bill includes only one proposal, the Jakanian Libertarian Party is proceeding with the vote immediately. (One side note: this provision would make representation in Parliament based on population, not area as may be interpreted by some. Option #3, which doesn't show up here, is to have "equal representation, regardless of region population.")
