| The purpose of this bill is to make legal the hanging of the worst offenders, the traitors, terrorists and those who make crimes against humanity, this only includes cases of rape, murder, not in a defensive capacity, and molestation, till death of that individual. I. This parliament finds that traitors deserve no quarter. II. This parliament finds that terrorism can only be hindered by the death of the terrorist. III. This parliament finds that the worst of humanity are indiscriminate murders, rapists and molesters and must be stopped in the most definite way we know. IV. This parliament finds that there are cases of self-defense. CONCLUSION this parliament, while it allows the appeal of injustice and the option of a lesser punishment, it has found no other way with the worst criminals in specific cases but the most definite solution, that is the death penalty. |

| Message | Mr Speaker, Where is the legislation that defines "capital crimes"? We must presume the definition is contained in the preamble, 'traitors, terrorists and those who make crimes against humanity, this only includes cases of rape, murder, ... and molestation', and vote accordingly. |

| Message | Mr. Speaker, Nice try, we are ready to pass this legislation. If the Covenanters want to stall legislation go somewhere else, like voting on more insane reforms from the Nationalist Party. But, if you want change, then write up another law for a change and we can vote on that. I yield. |
