Description[?]:
The purpose of this bill is to give up regulation on something that can just as well be given to local governments. I. This parliament finds that a Duchy is much more capable at setting thoughtful legislation in regulating public acts of affection than does the national government II. This parliament finds that it's regulation of public acts of affection are unnecessary, therefore it should not be set at the national level III. This parliament finds that enforcement of this legislation will not be at the national level and instead at the local level anyways, therefore, we should not legislate to them IV. This parliament finds that regulating a state school comes under restrictions worse then this act entails, therefore, this parliament restricts schools from doing their job with their children CONCLUSION it's not the business of this government to regulate something just as well regulated and enforced by the Duchies and town councils of Luthori. |
