Message15. The Community shall have the competence to discuss the following areas of policy:
a) Foreign Policy
b) Economic Policy
c) Defence Policy
d) Trade Policy
e) 'Human & Civil Rights' Policy

What if they impose neo-liberal economic policies on us or oppressive civli rights that take away the freedoms that the people of Darnussia enjoy?

16. The Community may decide to include new areas of policy for discussion should it so wish.

Do the public of Darnussia get an say?

17. All member states shall be committed to democracy, liberty and the rule of law and shall also be committed to human rights. To this end, member states undertake to ratify the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Whoses Human rights? In Darnussia it is a human right to get free healthcare and NOT to have someone pay for "better" or faster treatment. Another person may see banning private healthcare and education a breach of human rights. We don't.
