| Whereas, It appears that some parties wish to push the nation into wars of aggression, and Whereas, As bad as such wars are, it is important not to lose them if we are forced into them, and Whereas, Nothing-- including government ownership-- is worse than protectionism, and we neevertheless need to be certain of essential industries, such as fuels and travel, producing if we become isolated, We hereby find no other choice than to propose that the state nationalize a few industries considered especially strategic. |

| Message | This is an option that a Mod reworded. It used to say "Certain strategic industries are controlled by the state, all others are in private hands." I liked the old wording better, but I guess the Mod decided that that gave more flexibility in deciding which industries. |
