| [Resolution] Should no Party receive a majority of seats, a coalition Government may be formed. Should a Coalition Government by any Parties which make up 50.1% of the Supreme Council fail to be accepted, a Minority Government must be accepted by all Parties. Parties outside the Minority Government [the Opposition] are bound by this Resolution to support the approval of a Cabinet. The Opposition are not bound to support the Government any further than this. Should no new Government be formed, early elections are to take place. |
