The following Articles will serve as amendments to the Vice-President Act. 1- The formal title of the Vice-President of the United Republics of Lodamun shall change to: Vice-President and Second Commander of the Armed Forces. 2- The Office of the Vice-President shall recieve funding through the Head of Government Office. 3- A maximum term of 30 consecutive or non-consecutive years can be served. 4- Only Natural Born Citizens may occupy the Office of the Vice-President of the United Republics of Lodamun. 5- Only natural born citizens over the age of 30 years may serve as Vice-President. 6- If a majority of the cabinet, with the approval of the Head of Government and the Vice-President, state that the President is not able to discharge his/her duties as President of the United Republics of Lodamun, the Vice-President shall immediately become Acting President until a majority of the cabinet with the approval of the Head of Government or a majority of Parliament state that the President is able to discharge his duties as President of the United Republics of Lodamun. This is a Constitutional Amendment and requires a two-thirds of Parliament to vote on the affirmartive. |
