| Message | We are encouraged by the first cut to the defense budget in a very long time. we however worry about two things in this budget. one is the slashing of Infrastructure in half and Environmental spending. the second is the drastic increases in spending in the Health and Social Services and Education and Culture fields. we assume this is a anticipation of the passage of the sweeping federalization of education as proposed by the Liberals and Collectivists. We opposed most of these bills because we did not feel the nation could shoulder the cost without significant budget cuts as opposed to the income tax increases which have been proposed. We are willing to work with the Liberals to get a budget like this one passed. we simply ask that we manage our budget more efficiently with increased cuts in defense, and slightly more slender increases in the health and education fields so that we don't need to increase taxes so drastically. |

| Message | We are willing to work with you but no more Defense cuts are going to be proposed by us and the increases in Health and Education are simply not enough. As for the other cuts, infrastructure and Transport does not need much funding, maintaining roads is not very costly. Environment and Tourism received a cut because it is, again, overfunded. The funding given to Education will return it to its old value (45 billion LOD) and the Health budget will be even higher than before (28 billion LOD before). So, it is the appropriate amount to give to each of them. |

| Message | unless you can find a way to do this without increasing taxes as much as you did, i simply cannot support. certainly you understand that from a free market perspective this is disastrous. |
