| The Grand Duke feels that whenever he is unfortunate enough to have a fire, the fire services people barge in like a bull in a china shop and usually end up causing more damage than they prevent. His Grace once had a long hallway of historical paintings totally ruined by their incompetence, and he just doesn’t see why his taxes should be used to employ these buffoons. He makes a point of never calling the fire brigade in the event of a fire, and instead insists on putting them out personally. His Grace prides himself on being the finest and bravest firefighter in Aldegar, and is prepared to offer his services to any citizens who need them. |
