This goes long the tax increase. It will serve as a compromise. We want adequate Defense Spending. So, we increased Defense, Education, and Health by 10 billion LOD each. We also increased Science and Technology, which has nothing to do with Defense.

You do realize that the more we spend on Defense, the more respectability we get on the world as having a powerful military, correct? The less we spend on it, the more weak we are going to look to the rest of the world.
