This bill asks for the ratification of the <a href="viewtreaty.php?treatyid=1072">Constitution de l'État Libre</a>. If this constitution is ratified, it becomes binding and will define national law.

This Constitution of the Free State will serve to solidify what it means to be Kanjoran and the rights and values we hold dear. This will consolidate and reinforce all the civil rights of our citizens that have been commonplace with previous laws including the Code Militaire.
