Message | OOC: Among the options for this is "Extradition to nations with capital punishment is not allowed, unless there are assurances that the death penalty will not be imposed" but there is no "Extradition to nations with capital punishment is not allowed, unless there are assurances that the death penalty will not be imposed, and extradition to nations with cruel or inhuman punishment is not allowed". The latter is our preference. We believe that in no circumstances should we extradite suspects to nations that have torture, and that we should extradite to death-penalty nations only if we have received a (credible) guarantee that the death penalty will not be used in this case. Just as FBSP opposes torture and the death penalty at home, so also we wish to avoid facilitating these acts when they are carried out by other countries. |

Message | His Grace would like the extradition laws to be relaxed. He is anxious to rid himself of his ex-wife and knows a few ways it might be done, but Aldegar’s Foreign Affairs Ministry is not co-operating at the moment.
