| If passed this bill would have all fission based technologies replaced with newly harnesed nuclear fusion technologies, with more energy potential and significantly less harmful than nuclear fission technologies. Nuclear fusion plants are to be the basis of most of Jelbania's power needs be they civilian or military. Additionally this bill would have all combustion engine based technologies replaced with the newly discovered hydrogen fuel sell technologies, freeing us from our dependence on foreign oil. All civilian automobiles within the next 5 years are to all be hydrogen cell powered vehicles. This also counts for all military vehicles as well. |
