| - In corellation with legislation in United Jakania, The Conservative and Morality Party do hereby propose to allign our policy on this very important issue with our neighbours. Article 1: All Kittens under the age of six (6) months shall have access to at least four (4) mittens of suitable kitten-sized proportions. |
