Message | We support the chemical and biological weapons ban but are opposed to all other proposals in the bill. On the matter of defense industries we believe it is immoral for the state to subsidise private companies that profit from war and death, we would however support nationalisation or banning of these industries. We believe that a secret service runs directly counter to the principles of democracy - if the people rule how can the state keep secrets from them and so support the current position and will resist any change. Equally we would resist the proposal to allow arms exports viewing these as immoral. |
