Bill: Abortion Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Telamonese Communist Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 2625

Description[?]:

Telamon's abortion laws are far too liberal, and do not do enough to protect the rights of the unborn child. We would like to go further than what we are proposing here, but this Bill will at least eliminate the horror of really late-term abortions.

Albert Brocklehurst
(General Secretary of the Telamonese Communist Party)

MessageIf a woman and her family are unwilling to bring up a child, there is a very long queue of other women and families who would be happily prepared to do so in their place.

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, it is the responsibility of players to ensure the candidate boxes on their Party Overview screens are filled in with appropriate names. If a player is allotted seats in a Cabinet bill and has not filled in names for the relevant candidate position, then the program will automatically fill in the positions with names which might not necessarily be appropriate for the Cultural Protocols.
