MessageThe new Taxation bill will give us a little surplus and finally cover the deficit.

I added a new bracket for ultrariches, to pay 60% of everything they earn more than 24 thousands.
I raised the 6k bracket tax by 1% and the 1.5k by 1% also, this will give us the boost needed to work on economy when it will become operational. Plus the spending is going to be adjusted with defence probably halved in order to give Social Security enough funds, but we'll wait for now.
