MessageWe, the Communist Party, wish only at present time to draft an international resolution of military extremity. A previous resolution to keep our country was shot down because it would prevent us from proposing or opposing alternate methods. With a bill of military extremity, our nation could be restricted to two possibilities, the pacifist and militant proposals. This could be carried out with the excuse of eliminating gray areas in our international policies.
