Message | We would support this bill with the exception of the first article, so we shall vote in favour. |
Date | 23:43:03, August 26, 2008 CET | From | Wiedervereinigten Nationalisten | To | Debating the imperial sport bill |
Message | Article 1 is republican heresy, Article 2 is only a small step before government control over the media (which contravenes both our doctrines on the free market and freedom of speech), and Article 3 is unnecessarily divisive. On Article 3, the HNP prefers the current situation, where homosexual Hulstrians are allowed to serve His Imperial Majesty and their country but without distracting their fellow soldiers. Additionally, we would inquire as to the titling of this bill. We are confused how exactly this deals with 'Imperial sport'. |

Message | After careful consideration, we decided that the only tolerable proposal in this bill is the second, which we would only support as a separate bill. |

Random fact: Party candidates for head of state elections are not visible to the public. This means that you cannot see who will run and who will not, which adds another strategic element to the elections. |
