| This act gives the government and individual parties the right to act against acknowledged terrorist organisations without any sanction. Parliament has to acknowledge every terrorist organisation and they are listed with three different degrees. 1st Degree Terrorist Organisations are the most dangerous and government is allowed to take any action against against them AND the nations harbouring them. 2nd Degree Terrorist Organisations are the next dangerous and government is allowed to take any action against them in any nation. 3rd Degree Terrorist Organisations are the least dangerous and government is allowed to take any action against them in our country. We also propose the first terrorist organisations to be acknowledged and ranked like this: 1st Degree Terrorist Organisations: Pan-Terran Red Army 2nd Degree Terrorist Organisations: Comintern 3rd Degree Terrorist Organisations: Red Star Brigade |
