MessageThis is our proposal to form a government: Progressive Conservative Party, Confucian League of Rutania, Rutanian Democratic Forum and Imperium Party.

We have proposed ministries for every party in a way we think it's appropriate.

PCP gets the position of Chancellor General, and some important areas of state administration.

Imperium Party gets Foreign Affairs and Defence, because we support their policy in the latest Beluzia crisis.

For Confucian League, we have reserved some of ministries they have expressed the desire of running, but not Education, we would like to continue to run Education.

Our candidates are:
Finance - Robert Bordon, banking and stock trading expert, Deputy Minister of Finance since 2622, has much experience with financial policy.
Education - Jonathan Farrington, he was Minister of Science and Technology since 2620, by profession he is experimental atomic physicist and has PhD in Physics and has published numerous scientific papers, he was also active in many scientific policy organizations and councils, he is also university professor in Khodor so he has experience with education
Food and Agriculture - Caitlyin Caldwell, whe graduated economics and was also active at communal level policy.

MessageThe PCP is very uncomfortable joining a government with the IP, historically our party has gone at a heads in opposition with the IP (i.e. since the censure motion passage). The PCP would like more time to discuss further the proposal (24 hours?) within party ranks.

MessageMy Right honourable gentleman even though our parties do not have a good history in the past I think that maybe we are able to work co-operately. I'm happy with this cabinet except that I think the Humanist Alliance should be in some part of the cabinet.

Percival van Rustenburg
Imperium Party Leader

Message"Unfortunately, under given circumstances, RDF cannot accept cooperation with Humanist Alliance. They have showed that they do not how to lead this country, especially with this Beluzia crisis. Thanks to their support of defence budget increase, but not also proportional tax increase, we have been in deficit of 14 billions RUT for couple of months.
We think that the best solution is the coalition between Progressive Conservative Party, Confucian League, Imperium Party and us. We don't want to cooperate with New Liberal Party because of their policy before 2620, as stated in another discussion in front of this Congress by Mr Rustenburg. As explained above, cooperation with Humanist Alliance does not come into question. Cooperation with Socialists cannot be realized because they insist that the whole coalition accepts their market and economy politics.
Although all our parties have substantial differences, Conservatives, Imperium Party, Confucianists and RDF, we think that we can find some common points and agree on some important issues, and also, lead a constructive debate about issues we don't agree on.
Of course, if agreement can be reached, RDF is ready to go to opposition and be a tough opposition of new government, but we still believe that agreement can be reached - for the sake of Rutania!"

President of RDF

MessageIn rebuttal of the RDF's argument we remind Mr. Ford that RDF was granted the finance ministry and a deficit is their fault alone. We are no longer content to form part of this coalition and are not disappointed to be excluded even in this hostile manner.

Message"Deficit is not our fault alone, because Humanist Alliance supported our proposal to increase defence budget, but did not support the increase of taxes and financial consolidation of defence budget. This can be clearly seen in National Congress records. So every statement that RDF is the only wrongdoer is just...wrong."

Messageif this proposal doesn't pass, I myself will draft up a Cabinet proposal with the help of the RDF, PCP, IP and maybe...that is MAYBE the SL...if they can put away their radicalism for a day.

Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation.
