Message“In light of the passage of my last budget proposal by the Imperial Diet, I have proposed a few slight alterations to the current Imperial tax code. Under this new proposal, government wastage will be slashed from 110,284,518,728 HCR and brought down to 48,000,000 HCR, which is still a very respectable surplus. The income tax level will be reduced for all taxpayers from 25% to 24%, thanks to the introduction of a flat tax system under the General Taxation Amendment Act 2628. Additionally, a tax threshold has been restored and increased to 150% of the levels under the pre-GTAA budget; individuals who earn less than 1,500 HCR will be exempt from income taxation.”

Random fact: Real-life organisations should not be referenced in Particracy, unless they are simple and generic (eg. "National Organisation for Women" is allowed).

Random quote: "By a continuing process of inflation, government can confiscate, secretly and unobserved, an important part of the wealth of their citizens." - John Maynard Keynes
