Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: November 2629

It is very important that we have a strong military, without this we have no way of defending ourselves or of helping smaller nations when they are threatened by more dominant nations.

In short it is all about the security of the people of our great republic.

MessageWe believe Lodska's military should be primarily a defensive force, and that our aid to foreign nations should be primarily financial in nature. In the event of a world war we would of course support the enlargement of our military into other roles, but for the time being we prefer a defensive oriented military to deter foreign aggression.

Random fact: Real-life organisations should not be referenced in Particracy, unless they are simple and generic (eg. "National Organisation for Women" is allowed).

Random quote: "A proof is a proof. What kind of a proof? It's a proof. A proof is a proof. And when you have a good proof, it's because it's proven." - Jean Chretien (describing the level of proof about weapons of mass destruction that Canada required to join the Iraq War)
