Every time we held a foreign affairs department, RDF tried to make some friendly arrangements with neighbouring countries, but this failed in most cases. So, we need an intelligence. As for weapons, RDF is a pacifist party, and in principle we agree. We do support the use and development of chemical/biological weapons, but at the present time most parties are against the idea to use these sought of weapons so in the end we have to follow suit.
