Description[?]:

It is with our deepest hopes that all parties within our proud Republic find this cabinet acceptable. It is the goal of the U.J.B. to establish a truly coalition government. If we can work together, together we shall find prosperity for our nation. The U.J.B. is the new kid on the block, we are all too aware. It should be clear by this proposal which was carefully considered be a clear sign that the U.J.B. desires civil rest versus civil unrest. By uniting all parties together in the cabinet for the first time in what appears to be too long of a time-this shall send a message to the proud citizens of Jakania that progress can be made between political organizations of every make and model.

Random fact: Don't put "the" as the first word in your party name, because when parties are referred to in news reports, their names are preceded with "the", e.g. the [Socialist Party] has lost.
