Message | Can we get it devolved to cities, towns, and villlages? I think that this issue is too specific to be at the state level, but is acceptable on a county or otherwise extremely local level. The same goes for public nudity. |

Message | The intention with all these bills is that power may be devolved to the lowest level willing to take it on. If a state votes to take a power from the central government, they can. If a vilalge votes to take a power from the state, they can too. That's why the name series changed from "power to the states" to "maximum devolution" a while back. The nudity law was specifically worded to allow it to be as local as possible, and the intent is the same here. |

Message | Id prefer that states and the national government had no power on this issue, but that it is illegal by default(municipalities and local govs can legalize it or choose not to) |

Message | If one town wants free sex in the streets and another wants to ban any kissing in public, then that's good. Again, trying to get the decision-making to the most local level possible. |

Message | OOC Hm... I think I'll make this party be a fanatical unitarist against any devolution. However, if this is going to fail, I plan to vote in favor as I actually want this to pass. |
