If passed this legislation will immediately:

--Renew the Expulsion of all Communist Party members from being seated in parliament Act of 2628 and:

1. AGAIN, remove ALL Communist party parliamentarians and their associates from being SEATED or ALLOWED INTO the parliament chambers/building as well as all federally-owned buildings. However, it WILL still allow them to vote from elsewhere. This will be done until the communist militants backed by the CPA surrender the Kurmal Province which the undemocratically took-over three yrs. ago.

2. The president shall have the authority to enforce this law using the capitol police and/or Alorian military if necessary.

3. This law will expire one day after the next national elections in 2633 unless renewed by parliament.
