Bill: Minimum Wage Reinactment
Details
Submitted by[?]: Red Tory Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: March 2631
Description[?]:
We need to make sure that our least fortunate citizens are not left out for the dogs. The current system is failing and there is no light at the end of this tunnel. We cannot continue to assume that with no money, people will find a better job. When in a situation like that, it's exponentially more challenging to get back on your feet. With a guaranteed wage that is at least enough to let them get by, it will be easier for them, as it once was, to arrive at a stable living. We must not leave our people out to dry. |
