Smokers infringe the freedoms of non smokers

MessageIt depends what we call public locations. Non-smokers aren't going to get poisoned if someone walking down the same street is smoking - that's a public location. Maybe they'll get poisoned in a government office, so I would be willing to tolerate a ban on smoking indoors in poorly ventilated public-owned locations.

Since inns, hotels, shops, offices, brothels, schools, football stadia, commercial aircraft etc are all private locations, they would be unaffected by this proposal.
