Message | Excellent! We had proposed this a while back, only for it to be shot down by the Theocratic foolishness. |
Date | 04:44:10, September 03, 2008 CET | From | National Bolshevik Party | To | Debating the Right to Assembly Act |
Message | Since only local governments are permitted to declare states of emergency perhaps the conservative bloc can support this in the interest that these local governments can determine what level of severity a 'state of emergency' constitutes. |
Date | 10:30:29, September 03, 2008 CET | From | Dranland First Party (CC) | To | Debating the Right to Assembly Act |
Message | We prefer the status quo - the process of declaring a state of emergency is far too cumbersome, and we would prefer that police had the authority to disperse unruly crowds well before any potential harm or disruption to the public. |
