| Parliament agrees to the following: AGREED! 1. All military operations in Aloria between the Democratic Republic of Aloria and the Revolutionary Liberation Army of the Communist Party of Aloria will permanently and immediately cease. AGREED! 2. The Alorian government will immediately lift the ban on CPA representatives in Parliament, and give the CPA full rights as a political party. AGREED! 3. Any CSA LEADERS but not parliamentarians or any others who gave aid of any kind to the militants will be arrested and given a fair trial] AGREED! 4. All criminals of war should be handed over by both sides to an international court. AGREED! 5. The Alorian government will guarantee that it will never arrest people on their political views alone. AGREED! 6. All local and provincial governments will be returned to their current elected status, as will all pre-war laws, with the exception of those not changed by the conflict. AGREED. 7! Affected local and provincial governments and civilians will be reimbursed by the CPA for all damages in full. AGREED. 8! A treaty will be created and signed to ensure this. AGREED 9! Future physical, violent insurrections backed by the CSA or its affiliates will result in the CSA being permanently banned from entering all public bldgs. by order of parliament and the enforcement of the executive branch. This bill will take effect immediately concluding passage. |
