This law will create the Federal Communications Admin. (FCA). They'll be responsible for monitiring the media content ( TV, Internet, Radio, Video Games, etc.) and decide what is suitible and what is not for the nations media. They'll be in charge of regulating TV and Radio content and certain Internet sites and operations. They have sole control of the way games are rated and can reccomend age limits on certain games that go 'above and beyond' the rating. Because of this, Proof of ID must be shown when trying to rent or buy these games. |
