Description[?]:

The Rutanian Democratic Forum propose to adjust the government's income tax policy to better address the economic situation of the Commonwealth of Rutania.

RDF general commitee has decided to introduce new party program, called Feynport program, which stresses traditional values and issues of RDF (personal liberty and social responsibility), but entirely different methods of realization.

A large part of activites should, with this program, move from state and public sector to independent civil society sector and private sector. RDF still demands rights and appropriate obligations for everyone, but with different methods.

One of the key features of this new Feynport program is so called "Five- percent program", which introduces radical reforms in the world of public funding, public finances, but also stregthens private and civil society sector initiative.

This is the first proposal in the light of five-percent program.

There are also two additional parts of this proposal:

1) Commonwealth should introduce legislation which will encourage Regional Commonwealths to decrease tax burden and to decrease their own taxes

2) All private investments into public and civil society sector, for non- profit and public interests activities will be awarded by additional tax deduction

Signed:

As member of National Congress:
Richard Corte, MNC, President of RDF

As authors of initiative:
Josephine Clark,
RDF spokeswoman for finance

Paul Thierno, MNC
RDF spokesman for trade and industry
