MessageNo judicial court system is perfect, mistakes can and are made, false witness, misinterpretation of evidence and government corruption are just a few possible reasons why capital punishment should always be illegal. There is always a chance/possiblity of manipulation of the facts concerning any case, thus 1 mistake should not be acceptable EVER.
