MessageThe TCP and the DCD fail to note that this does not change the availability of prescription drugs to the citizens. It regulates the research and development of such drugs. We have a separate article for the availability of prescription drugs in the laws of Telamon, and I have previously tried to have the government fund all citizen's prescription drugs, and the issue was shot down. I do believe that the people should have all the prescription drugs they need, but I do not believe that the research and development of prescription drugs needs to be maintained through the government.
