Be it enacted upon the Emperor’s most Illustrious and Lutheran Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the representatives of the people of Greater Hulstria, in this present Imperial Diet assembled:

An Act to ban the formation, maintenance, and arming of paramilitary organisations and to extend such proscriptions to all paramilitary activities.

Article I - Short title, Definitions, and etc.

1) This Act may be cited as the Paramilitary Organisations Act 2634.
2) Unless otherwise stated, "paramilitary organisation" refers to any armed organisation, army, or group which, made up of non-military personnel, acts as a military force without the sanction of His Imperial Majesty's Armed Forces or His Imperial Majesty's Government.

Article II - Proscriptions of Paramilitary Organisations

1) No political party in Greater Hulstria shall establish, maintain, operate, fund, or otherwise support, directly or indirectly, any paramilitary organisation in the Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria.
2) In addition to the proscription in Section 1 of this Article, no other organisation or private individual shall establish, maintain, operate, fund, or otherwise support, directly or indirectly, any paramilitary organisation.
3) No foreign paramilitary organisation shall be allowed to operate within the borders of the Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria without the formal approval of the Staatsminister, the Minister of Defence, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Minister of Internal Affairs.
4) Should a foreign paramilitary organisation be grated permission to operate within the borders of the Imperial Crownlands of Greater Hulstria, it shall be the duty of the Staatsminister to inform the Imperial Diet as soon as practical, unless this would compromise the safety or security of Greater Hulstria or its citizens.
5) If any person should knowingly provide, or orchestrate the provision of, weapons or ammuntion to a paramilitary organisation then they shall be guilty of a felony and, having been properly convicted, shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment not exceeding sixty years and not less than ten years.

Article III - Disbandment of Current Paramilitary Organisations

1) Should any paramilitary organisations be presently operating within Greater Hulstria, or by a political party in Greater Hulstria, then it should be disbanded within six months of the passage of this Act.
2) Any political party represented in the Imperial Diet may request for a formal investigation to be brought forth to determine if an paramilitary organisation is being operated illegally.
