This bill attempts to regulate that the government shall in no way interfere with the free practice of any religion or the public displays of such religions, wherein they do not directly violate any other law of the land. This is to include the establishment of both lower and higher education schools for the purposes of training and educating in both traditional and religious studies--meeting government established educational guidelines and minimums |
